"We enjoyed our stay at this rental, which started immediately from easy check-in to breeze from across the lake. Rental was very clean and comfy furniture. We mostly used lanai and kitchen bar area. We didnt use dining room or kitchen table, but they looked comfy. Best place so far that we stayed at in Florida."

"Great communication with owner. Dawn was always available to answer any questions we had. Friendly, helpful and informative. The house was centrally located within minutes of anything one would need or desire to eat. It is well maintained as well as the outside property. The Heated Saltwater Pool was GREAT!!! We have several friends in the Punta Gorda area and stayed 2 weeks in the house. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. No noisy neighbors. Every night was a perfect nights sleep on very comfortable mattresses. "
