"This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. The building is conveniently located next to Coop City which had a grocery store in it that was very helpful for acquiring breakfast and lunch items.
