"The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling....

"Overall amazing hotel, amazing stay. The room is more than I could dream of and had the best sleep of my life. The check-in process was lovely, got an awesome upgrade, and my room was ready early. I guess the only thing I would say is the concierge doesn’t have much pull. I get that it is booked, but concierge at a 5 star hotel should be able to work something out? After the 3rd request to try to get tickets or booking somewhere with no avail, I did it on my own. But they still were very nice."

"I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at the Aparthotel Quartier Libre Marais. We have been telling all of our friends and we plan to come back ourselves on our next visit. It was our honeymoon and I made a couple of requests for my wife that I knew she would love in amenities etc. They fulfilled and went above and beyond for us. Our apartment had very modern amenities and exceptionally clean and maintained. It was quiet and very bright with wonderful windows and lots of fresh air....

"My daughter and I LOVED everything about this hotel! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
