"It was such an amazing experience. They made me feel welcome from the start with complementary cookies. The breakfast was delicious, and the space was beautiful. I will definitely come back!"

"Very convenient location and the room was very clean."

"Great amenities and cafe on site. Rooms were nostalgic and memorable. Highly recommend. Staff was above and beyond to accommodate the trip and ample parking."

"The bar underneath is a fantastic neighborhood pub and we spent many nights there!"

"My stay here was amazing. The staff is so helpful and there’s a real white glove service that I’ve only ever seen in luxury hotels (instead of leaving my bag behind the desk while I went whale watching they brought it right up to my room so I could just walk in and relax afterwards)."

"The water pressure is too low, so the toilet water doesn't flush well and it's inconvenient to shower. Even though there are plenty of rooms available during the off-season, they assigned us to a place with a bad direction. Overall, the facilities are outdated, so I do not plan to stay at this hotel again."

"Very much liked this property to stay at . We stayed in a room with the kitchenette & king suze bed. Everything was very clean when we walked in. And the water pressure in the shower was excellent! They had umbrellas to use/borrow when it was raining which was a really nice touch.! The coffee in the lobby was awesome, and so nice that it was always available! the location was awesome near everything we needed near parks and walking distance to a lot of restaurants&buildings& Harbour front....

"We had a great stay at the Pendray Inn, and would definitely recommend it!"

"Amethyst Inn is our “go to” place to stay when we visit Victoria. It’s the perfect location for us. The breakfast is amazing! You just can’t beat it."

"Super quick and easy check in and out process. Staff was friendly to kids and accommodating about cleaning the room around our multiple nap schedule. Pool and Hot tub was the highlight. Location can’t be beat."

"I upgraded to be in a Superior Suite and nothing about the room felt special. There were no “extras” in the room that would normally be standard for the price point. No slippers, no complimentary toiletries - small things that should be considered in the details."

"Clean room and facilities. Excellent location and accessible via walking to downtown and other landmarks. Buses stop right infront of the building. Thank you Ronnie for all your assistance"

"Very friendly and nice location"

"The B&B is in an excellent location for walking around the inner harbour. The room was comfy and clean plus the staff was very friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious and attractively presented. Intend to come back to stay again next year."
