"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "

"The corner room should have long railing to fully cover the window. To prevent light pass through. This little bit disturbing for a person who like to sleep in dark room like me. Other than that all good. 10 or 10"

"Loved my time at The Icon Saigon. Very friendly staff- Lin was helpful in adding a day to my stay and contacting Vietnam Airlines when I had to cancel my trip to Hue because of a typhoon. Big praise for her. Breakfast was always good, enjoyed the afternoon tea after exploring the city, and Cham was a lovely dinner spot when you just wanted to chill at the hotel. Didn't get to use the pool so looks like I needed to come back!spot "

"An amazing concept hotel. The staff were incredible. They were really there to make sure that your stay was nothing short of remarkable. They were polite and kind. While the room was small, they made up for it in the other communal spaces. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Vietnam (so far after more than 3 weeks). Would definitely stay again. If you do stay there, please ask for a room facing the back, if available. It is a lot quieter on that side, though the hotel does provide ear plugs."

"4th time at this hotel - absolutely worth it. Location is perfect, next to many restaurants and close to Ben Thanh Market. The employees are wonderful in every possible way. Lounge is def worth paying a little extra. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Will def be back!"
