"Probably one of the best hotels you can stay over in Vietnam. Along with its amazing amenities, the view was phenomenal! The hotel is sitting on top of really nice mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants. one of the qualities this hotel carries is the staff is excellent at carrying on a conversation in English. It was pleasant talking to them. The one thing that i would suggest the hotel to do is to expand and better equipped its gym. For a 5 star hotel i would demand a more comprehensive...

"Overall, it was a good stay. Most annoying part is the resident card they give you will not allow you to access the building itself, have to wait for a resident or staff to open it. The front desk staff at Vinhomes are a separate entity from the building you’re staying at so they won’t open the door for you which is annoying "

"The room we got looked nothing like any of the pictures on the listing. Dirty/faded furniture, peeling paint, picture frames missing, fridge had broken shelves, rice cooker was absolutely disgusting(didn't use it), blinds were half functional, the list goes on. It was a place to sleep (albeit on dirty pillows) and nothing more. Just because it is in the Landmark 81 tower doesn't mean it is luxury. I have honestly stayed at waaaaaay nicer hotels for less in Vietnam"

"Nice place. Overall comfortable and quiet. Good location. It was a little difficult getting into the elevators at times if a guard was not present. It is secure though. Elevators were very fast and quiet. There was some mold behind the bathroom sink on the caulking. Needs to be treated. I'll go for a larger place with a better view next time. This was very nice though. "
