"Great house for a large family or group. Lots of bathrooms and great layout. Beds were great, it was nice to have a bathroom in almost every room and lots of towels, blankets, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. Lots of different size bikes and close to the bike path. Store within walking distance."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Smith Brothers Retreat in Sunriver! The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Check-in was incredibly easy and seamless, making the whole arrival process stress-free. Communication from the property manager was excellent throughout our stay—clear, timely, and very helpful. It’s always reassuring to know you can reach someone if needed, and they really delivered. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking meals, and the overall setup makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time. The comfortable layout, cozy furnishings, and new mattresses made for a very restful stay. Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sunriver."
