"we booked this hotel for a quick night b day celebration for our daughter. We booked because of the pool. After arriving we were told pool was closed for Reno. no where in reservation did it say this, they were pretty much unapologetic said they would have a manager speak to us before leaving and never did. it was just a bummer that before or even after we were not informed. "

"Room was good but some deep cleaning is due. Splatters on the vinyl box spring, some surfaces need to be wiped down. The housekeeper can’t be expected to do that along with their regular cleaning. Desk clerk pleasant! Breakfast was good! "

"The home is in excellent shape and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, not too much traffic. Easy to take our daily walks."

"The beds were horrible, I havn’t slept in a bed that old, gross stained sheets, and old bedding with no pillow cases. I felt embarrassed to have my family sleep in those beds. And my body felt it the most, very poor sleep definitely affected my trip. The couch and chairs were like a lobby they don’t want you to be comfortable in. Definitely NOT cozy. "

"This is a great has in a great spot in Bend. Sizeable with an open kitchen to family room, 6 bedrooms, and a garage. Tracy was responsive with any messages sent her way. I would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay."

"Very family-friendly unit, in fact the most family-friendly we have ever stayed in. Provided toys, books, bikes/scooters, kids dinnerware, fenced in yard and neighborhood were amazing when traveling with two toddlers. We would definitely stay again. With that being said, cleanliness of the unit left something to be desired. For a property of this quality/price, the property manager could do better to ensure the crew isn’t missing anything when it comes to cleaning (corners and baseboards tell a lot). Overall, if traveling with pets or kids it is worth every penny! "

"Wonderful place to stay for all your all your outdoor adventures! Great biking / hiking in area, that is accessible just out the front door! Condo was very cozy and clean, with everything you need to relax after a long day of outdoor fun! And the property has 3 hot tubs and a sauna to ease your achy muscles. Easiest check in and check out process, and the host was very communicative. We also got to bring along our dog, and there were food dishes and snacks there waiting for him! It was the prefect place for my husband’s birthday weekend getaway. Would highly recommend!!! "

"We loved this place for our big group. It is nice to have the extra space in the adu and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. All the beds were comfortable and the place felt brand new! "
