"The hotel was very clean and it wasn ’t too busy round the pool area. We didn’t have any problems getting a sun bed. Staff were all very friendly. We booked half board and the breakfast was pretty good. However the evening meals were not so great. We ended up eating out (there are some fantastic restaurants nearby). We wouldn’t go half board again, but it would be a good B+B option. The hotel is on the outskirts of Costa Teguise but it was only a short walk to the restaurants, shops and beach. "

"We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from all over Europe so you may need to find the staff members that can fully understand quickly spoken accented English. (Or French or German or even Spanish as they use a lot of Dutch interns) . For us as we are not big drinkers, HB is better value than AI while the main Spa pools are closed."
