"We love this unique hotel run by Jose Antonio. The entire staff is so wonderful! It’s our third year staying here. They offer a daily breakfast. Each room is uniquely designed. We were a little disappointed that our AC didn’t work properly and smelled of mold. There are additions being made to the hotel and we are excited to see the new rooms and pool. Well be back again next year!"

"The place is stunning! It is a very special place with people that love to have people to stay and have the best time. It is a personal stay, very relaxed and calming. The breakfast is phenomenal!!! We will 100% return!"

"El hotel en el centro de teguise es precioso, algo mágico, el personal atento, amable . Lo recomiendo ."

"Bella struttura. Scarsa manutenzione"

"Very family friendly with baby, mini, maxi and junior clubs. Our two went to mini and junior each day and loved it. The animation team are great. We were half-board. The breakfasts were good. We swapped our evening meal for lunch each day. This allowed us to visit one of the many restaurants surrounding the hotel each evening before heading back for mini disco."

"It is close to local shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quick access to the airport. Not enough kids entertainment."

"We went in October half term in 2 bed sea view rooms. Although the rooms are tired and fairly scruffy, ours was also quite dirty, the bedding was clean so where the main areas. The beds were very comfy except the pull out sofa bed which was partially broken. We all slept well, lots of breeze in the top floor sea view rooms so evening weren’t hot whilst sleeping as windows open perfectly, Facilities in room ok, pool area cosy and pool was heated so really good temperature even in hot weather....

"This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed...

"A ground floor room was perfect for our stay as our daughter had wheelchair. Staff very nice . Pool could have been warmer . A great stay overall ."

"Our second stay at Los Zocos (5-12 July) following a trip there in Feb of this year. It was much busier this time compared to February. The only downside was the race to get a parasol in the morning. One family was getting up at 5:30 to secure theirs and we ended up having to get up between 6:00-6:30 to find a decent spot. It was hot so we needed a parasol to stay by the main pool all day. The quiet pool is less busy though. That was the only negative. LOCATION Just amazing. A couple of minutes...

"La fuga perfetta. I padroni di casa italiani sono gentili e molto premurosi. La posizione è tranquilla ma facilmente raggiungibile. Devo aver messo su qualche chilo a forza di mangiare così bene. Lugini de la mar è qualcosa di eccezionale. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso a Lanzarote. Dave and Brian"

"We had a very nice stay. The hotel is right on the beach and the view was great. Breakfast was easy but didnt find cold milk till we were leaving, lol. I will stay again, no problems."

"The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so welcoming and very helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we could need. I was particularly impressed with the balcony size and furnishings - it was just perfect for sitting out watching the sunrise with a coffee. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection of both hot and cold. Would recommend you hire bikes and go along the promenade so many places to eat, drink and look around - the reception staff were great at...

"THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. The standard double room is standard in every sense. There are no USB charging cables and only one or two plug sockets. We paid to upgrade to a suite and that was worth it. The staff are very helpful, cannot fault them. The breakfast buffet offered everything and was delicious. The gym was adequate. Only...
