Pillows were awful/flat and need replacing, and you need to know that there are two nightclubs directly opposite the hotel. The noise at 3am was horrific and woke us up, and carried on for almost an hour. No air con throughout the bar, and no music, so very quiet and devoid of any atmosphere. I could smell urine in our bathroom, which looked clean, but was very unpleasant. Staff at reception weren't interested when i informed them of the above, and suggested I email the manager."
