"The overall appearance and experience within the hotel was excellent. The staff were good and helpful even if the barman made for awkward company. Sadly the spa facilities were a bit hit and miss with the sauna not really being up to temperature and the steam room being intermittent with its operation. This would’ve been okay if guests had unlimited spa hours and we could’ve worked around. But with only two 2 hour slots in the day within which to use the spa and for those two hour slots to be intermittent because of the immunity time it was slightly disappointing but a good stay nonetheless."

"I stayed here for the Jane Austen festival and the staff were so helpful. I was traveling solo so they were kind enough to help me finish getting my dresses on. They were all so wonderful, the breakfast was tasty and it was a very lovely place to stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Small but clean room very central to the town Center Bath itself is brilliant with plenty to do for a long weekend !! Booking through Expedia was a bit stressful as it send you through not one but three parties - pass the keys (Very helpful staff no reflection on them) Truvi (which you had to pay an insurance that wasn’t mentioned in the booking of ££for two nights or leave a credit card for up to £££ damage waiver) and then you were directly to Xcover where you had to upload forms of ID such as drivers license ect so all in all a very stressful "
