"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! "

"A lovely, comfortable stay, everything we needed and more. A range of tea and coffee available with a tasty treat. Parking available on the carpark, with about a 15 minute walk to Bath centre, so saved us parking in the centre. We were glad we brought trainers as Bath is hillier than we were expecting but very beautiful! Delicious breakfast. Great communication with the owners. Definitely recommended and we would stay here again for a returning visit to Bath. "

"A lovely hotel in a great location to explore Bath with free parking. We had a cozy double room that was great. Loved the extra touches of a coffee machine and biscuits. "In the heart of Bath with a rustic and charismatic feel. Fantastic gin bar opposite the front door and restaurants, bars, cinema and Sainsburys close by (100-500 meters). Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. "

"The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better, the rooms were clean and appeared newly decorated, in a style which complemented the age of the building. The staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented and bountiful. We were very lucky with parking as they had recently reopened their car after a 1 years closure, this made everything very convenient. We are looking forward to further stays at The Francis Hotel in the future and would...

"Best shower of our entire stay in England! Instructions for check in came very close to 3pm- so for those who plan ahead- just know the instructions WILL come, just closer to 3pm;) The place was really cute and comfy. Great kitchen for those who prefer to cook a few meals, and very comfy beds. We loved the proximity to both an M&S and other markets. Place was as described and would DEFINITELY stay again next time we’re in Bath. Thanks!!"
