Three days without hot water even after changing rooms, I finally got hot water on night 4. And I was there for 5. The people at the front desk were great. Housekeeping would make the bed and not replenish the coffee, take we towels and not replace them.

The first room we were given had a pair of mens dirty gross underwear on the floor...so called the front desk and they gave us a "clean" room....the 2nd room we got, the bathroom counters were not wiped, the tv had constant gray static lines through it....there was excavators and construction running right out our room window all night. A warning about that would have been nice. Definitely not worth what we paid. Will not be back

The staff was friendly and that was the only positive thing about this hotel. The heater in the room didn't work properly. The room was cold and the blanket was thin and didn't help. The alarm went off in the middle of the night at 4am and the kids paniced. I think it was due to the heater (or carbon monoxide). The heater was an outdated system. We already had a disturbed sleep due to the room being cold. After the alarm incident we were very anxious and couldn't sleep at all. To add to it, we didn't get hot water in the bathroom. The housekeeper also checked and said it was probably due to the room not been occupied in a while. My kids had to take a bath in cold water in the night (after playing in the pool). Next day morning the staff asked us to use another room to take a shower. We felt there weren't many people in the hotel and it was under occupied. There were only 6-10 cars in the parking lot. The hotel had a pool and slide. The slide was good but the pool was cold. The hot tub was luke warm. Overall we had a poor experience in the hotel and felt insecure staying there.

We found 4 white pills on the floor between bed side table and bed left from previous occupants. Also breakfast was from 6 to 9 am and a family came down to eat at 8:35 and the worker made sure she told them that breakfast was over at 9. And there was lots of food left to eat at that time. I would not recommend this place to others. Was just okay
