"We stayed in room 307- it smelled absolutely disgusting of cigarette smoke. Front desk gave us cleaning spray to help, we had all 4 windows opened and no relief in the atrocious smell. Front desk stay said they were sold out of rooms and could not move us at all. I understand circumstances come up and the front desk staff was professional it was just extremely frustrating and frankly totally unacceptable. We could not even stay in our room and the smell was primarily in the bathroom so we couldn’t even utilize our bathroom because of the extreme cigarette smoke smell. Housekeeping should never have left the room in that condition. They should’ve propped windows open. They should’ve had the fan running or done something before making that room available at 4 PM when we checked in."

"The beds were terrible - the room smelled of smoke, the pillows were terrible and overall the room was dirty. Looked as if someone did a quick wipe and emptied the trash. I wouldn't even take my sicks off. "

"The hotel is located near by shops and restaurants. It looks like they did some updates in rooms and hallways. The staff staff were very friendly and helpful. The one downside was that the bed was too soft.I felt like I was sinking so it was very difficult to get comfortable. On top of that our nextdoor neighbors were very loud until 2AM. So no sleep:("

"Very limited hours on the restaurant. However, the breakfast sandwich and coffee were good. Didn't see the bar. I was too tired to look. Light over the sink was burnt out and the toilet was not clean."

"We have stayed here several times and there is always consistency with how clean the rooms are along with how good the breakfast is. This time we had the pleasure of working with Stephen. He went well and beyond to make sure we had a great and comfortable stay. Everyone was very friendly as well. Thank you Wyndham Garden in Erie for another lovely experience! "
