With easy access to the shimmering waters of Shasta Lake, it’s an ideal destination for families, friends, and groups seeking a memorable getaway.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests (max of 9 adults), with room for 3 adults per bedroom, plus children under 16. Whether you're gathering with family or friends, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy quality time together. For indoor fun, the 3-car garage has been transformed into a game room, complete with billiards, ping pong, arcade basketball, and more, offering endless entertainment for both kids and adults. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and after a day of lake adventures, you can gather around the dining table or sink into the cozy living room sofa to relax with a movie.

Step out onto the spacious deck and take in stunning views of Shasta Lake. It’s the perfect spot to BBQ, enjoy an evening around the gas firepit, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. Water enthusiasts will love the easy access to the lake just minutes away at Sugarloaf Marina. We even provide two kayaks and a paddleboard for your use during your stay!

The Lake Shasta Caverns are just a 20-minute drive away, offering a fascinating natural wonder to explore. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding at the Mt. Retreat #8 is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a family-friendly neighborhood. It’s part of a small street of Shasta Lakeshore Retreat vacation homes, with eight other rentals nearby, making it possible to accommodate over 100 guests in total – perfect for larger gatherings or reunions. Parking is available for up to three vehicles on the property, with additional parking at Sugarloaf Marina. Guests have full access to the home and the game room, though please note that access to the main deck is via steep stairs.

We’re also a dog-friendly home (sorry, no cats), so feel free to bring your furry companions along for just $95 per pet, per stay.
