"We love staying at this little motel! We visit Lake City often to see family, and since we sometimes travel with our dogs, we always book this pet-friendly property. The rooms are always very clean, and we really appreciate the updated flooring. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy, which means we can head straight to our family when we arrive and settle into our room later without any hassle. During our most recent stay, it was incredibly hot outside, but the air conditioning in our room worked amazingly well. I never thought I'd say an air conditioner was too cold, but this one came pretty close! We're so grateful to have a reliable, comfortable place to stay whenever we make our trips to Lake City. It's become our go-to choice, and we look forward to staying here again."

"The staff here were VERY nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice inside and out. It's just a little GOOFY to get to. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. But, it needs a fan in the bathroom and instructions on how to turn the shower on properly. The one in our room was broken and it took 5 minutes to try to figure out how to get the water to turn down from scorching hot. The breakfast was so so. The make your own omelet and waffle was different. In a good way. Cereal, cold and hot. Fresh soft bagels. English muffins. Muffins. Bread. Juice. All in all, I have to say, I would absolutely stay at a Nichols Inn again."

"Very affordable, well maintained with plenty of amenities: microwave, large fridge, large closet as well as a safe. Was about a 10 min drive from downtown Rochester. Would definitely recommend."

"Four couples gathered together for a weekend at the this beautiful VRBO and it was supplied with everything we needed. The views of Lake Pepin were fabulous with all the boating activities."
Quality Inn near Medical Center

"Breakfast punctual and nice was at six. Hallways a little humid and one guest was wishing there was a small table in the room to eat for two. Everything in the room looked clean. Conditioner bottle was empty but nice the shower gel and shampoo were provided."
Beautiful spacious house with spectacular views of Lake Pepin

"This lake view house had ample room for the 9 of us. It was really nice that everyone had their own bed! The house is walking distance to the park, beach, Thursday Farmers Market and a short drive to numerous eateries and attractions. Would definitely book again when traveling with a large group of family or friends."

"House is in a good location, with local and chain restaurants within short walking distance. It is also less than a mile to the downtown area/marina with even more options for food and shopping. The house is owned and operated by a Motel, whose guests share the pool shown. Pool was nicely stocked with toys and floaties for both kids and adults. The house has been nicely updated, but does show its age in areas (sagging back porch for example). The bedrooms are spacious but the third bedroom is off of the primary. Great for families with kids, may not work for adult groups wanting more privacy. The only bathroom in the house is upstairs and also off the primary bedroom which would make things difficult for anyone with mobility issues or not wanting to wake others up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom."
