Lake Access! The location is up on a hill overlooking North Bay in Lake Arrowhead, close enough to the lake to hear lake activity. The striking blue color of the Bay can be seen through the large & prominent oak trees serving as the back drop landscape from the deck. In the winter when the foliage is snow capped, the blue of the bay is more prominent. In the summer the activity on the lake creates a unique energy & magnetism. Enjoy it while entertaining on the expansive deck or make your way to the lake trail to explore.

In addition to the location & peaceful surroundings, the house has other unique features. The design of the home incorporates the vivid blues of the lake similar to the London Blue Topaz gemstone, known for creating a sense of calmness & comfort. Topaz is a mellow, empathetic crystal that soothes, heals, & recharges while promoting forgiveness & truth. It cuts through doubt & uncertainty giving you the power to follow your dreams.

Topaz Gardens is connected by family lineage to the original family house (La Casona) located in the town of Arada, Santa Barbara, in Honduras where the family dries the coffee crop harvested on the property in the courtyard each year. The gardens & treed surroundings are a familiar landscape to the original La Casona.

The house is a short distance via an access road off of North Bay Rd, a County maintained road. The house sits between N Bay Rd & the Bay where only a few homes are located. The area is quiet, peaceful, with tall mature trees. The front porch & garden welcome you & invite you to sit for a while, & enjoy the beauty of nature.

There is an attached owner residence on the property with its own separate private entrance. There are no shared spaces.
Lake passes are available and required to access Lake Arrowhead. Please message us for the instructions.

To make this property affordable and reasonable for couples there is an extra guest fee of $12 after 2 people.

The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply: Refundable damage deposit is $100 Refundable cleaning deposit is $350 45-day cancellation policy, and for shortened stays Note:

The cleaning fee for 28+night stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing. For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $250. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.

Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept.
