"Overall, for the price probably like a 3.5 stars. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well in our room. However, the bathroom fan was so noisy we couldn’t use it and the top cover to the bedspread did have stains but of course I always take that right off anyway. We did not have a chain on our door and the back door to the hotel was always unlocked. They had at least 3 people on the cleaning crew in the morning that we saw. "The staff was super helpful and friendly at check in, the room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was good, and free hot coffee in the lobby! It made for an excellent home base for us. There were some less than family friendly businesses across the street and some panhandlers around but we (teen daughter and myself) never felt unsafe. It’s tucked back a bit off the road and extremely quiet."

"I finally found my room no thanks to the numbers on the doors that were small and hard to see. I got in my room only to search for a light that worked. Half of the lights didn't work. The security locks on the door were missing and broken. The bathroom sink didn't drain. I fixed it for them. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The room smelled stale and unclean. The bedtime was made out of sheet metal and sounded like banging on a heat duct every time I moved in bed. The breakfast...
