"Clean and nice room. Convenient location if you want to be near the airport. You can definitely hear the airplanes overhead when they are using the runway that points toward this hotel, but the night we were at the hotel the airplane noise stopped at a reasonable time, did not start up again until morning, and did not impact our sleep. If I were planning on spending a lot of time in the room during the day or evening, the noise might have gotten annoying. "

"Overall hotel of the very good quality. Only disappointment was at the arrival when we were told that reservations are required for the beach bed and umbrella. Reservation requirement was never mentioned at the time of making booking nor at the hotel web site. Consequently we had to find our own beach and pay for beach bed/umbrella for the first two days. I fully understand that beach’s bed/umbrella aren’t owned by the hotel, but hotel could do better communication."
"Even before our family of 4 arrived every interaction with the staff was professional and helpful. They coordinated a late night pick up from the airport to get us to the resort. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff that presented us with hand cleaning towels which were much appreciated and a beverage of our choice while we finished check-in before taking us to our beautiful suite. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful.
The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel."
