"I have stayed in a good 10 hotels in Athens over the past few years, most of them were quite a bit more expensive than this one. But this one was by far the best in terms of quality of service. My daughter was flying in after being delayed half a day from Los Angeles, exhausted and very late at 1 am , I contacted them very late and they immediately contacted me back about getting a car for her at 1:30 in the morning, and setting up a car for her to go back to the airport at 7:30 the next morning. My daughter tells me that room was spotless and that people were kind and communicative the whole way and she never felt that they were not taking care of her. The drivers were excellent as well. This gets my highest possible rating. And I really don't like any hotels in Athens because service is so poor. This one is amazing and should be more expensive."
