Excellent value for money.

The owner, Alex, was extremely helpful with assistance with car rental and trips. And he even drove us to the airport. This place is excellent value for the low cost per night. The bungalows are located in a great spot within walking distance to the beach 🏝️

Perfectly nice but not what we expected

The cottage was well decorated and we loved the beach and the area so we had a good time. However the cottage isn't quite what we expected. We were the only people staying there so we felt a bit vulnerable at night. The lock on the door didn't seem very secure either. It all seemed a bit unloved. The sheets had stains and there was a dead spider in the light fitting. The grass is long and the cottages look uncared for. When we arrived we thought it had closed down as there was noone around and it seemed so deserted. The cleaner came on one of the days saying she hadn't been given any complementary water for us. No mention of this breakfast everyone mentions in their reviews. There was a smart TV but no hairdryer or hand soap. It was all a bit... unprofessional! It's really quiet and set back from the restaurants and bars so if you like a bit of isolation you would like it. The TV has netflix and everything - not something we wanted on holiday but if you want somewhere with good TV and good wifi too then it is good.

必要十分な設備がそろっており、ピカピカ、というほどではないですがおしゃれな感じでまとまっていて適度に快適。ビーチは少し歩きますが問題なし。サムイ何度目かの方でカジュアルに清潔な環境で静かに過ごしたいという方にはお勧めです。（あまり騒がしい方は滞在しない雰囲気です） 旅行慣れしていない方は少し大変かもしれません。レンタカーを借りて活動の拠点とするのが 良いと思います。テレビは普通のテレビではなくインターネットで接続するタイプで、使い方がよくわからなかったのでYoutubeの音楽を流すためだけに使っていました。

Wow!!! Incredibly big villa & yard

Moon Cottages was perfect for me. I’m traveling alone and wanted to stay in a nice place within walking distance to everything. The villa has its own locked gate which opens to a huge yard with/table and chairs, jacuzzi and outside washbasin. The villa has a seating area, bed and large bathroom. Everything was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed coming back from a night out and spending time in the jacuzzi. Local restaurants and bars are within a minutes walk. The owner is very nice and helped me plan a days trip to the other part of the island. I will stay here again when I return.

Luxury cottage, highly recommended.

We loved this place. Everything was fantastic. Owners were ​​​incredibly ​warm, ​friendly and they help us all the time. The cottage was very clean, good located and well-outfitted. The rooms are very spacious, pretty new, equiped with an private jacuzzi and garden. There is also a larger pool, very clean, quiet and lovely for sunbathing. The rooms come equipped with organic locally-made soap, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as a netflix- smart TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Apart of English and French, they speak also Spanish.
