Best location on Koh Touch beach. We had no.19 wooden detached bungalow right at the front with garden and sea views. Beach area was cleaned every morning and plenty of sun beds. Quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure that we had a great stay.

There's probably better places to stay

A couple things stood out; at first poor wifi, which will not work in cabin, only outside. Also, frequent blackouts, especially in AM, but that goes island wide so they are not really to blame, but they should inform the guests. Also, no running water there for a couple of hours in the middle of the night. also unwillingness to change reservation dates; I made a mistake, but they refused me to make changes / Ooh without making a new reservation and just flat-out paying for it. Fine, I just won't use your restaurant services at all.A bit of a hike to get there and they wouldn't communicate with me which ferry to take. Rooms are very basic, okay I ge that, you can't say enough of the location. Value for money, well considering I have to pay for it twice, maybe not so much. Oh yeah, be ready not to sleep early, it's very noisy, bring noise canceling headphones

Find a better place

First; of course the location is amazing, the accommodations are bare-bones, but that's kinda expected. Where it fails is customer service as I was not allowed to change my reservation to a different date, so I had to book a separate reservation. Needless to say; I refused to use the restaurant facilities/bar, went to neighbors instead, so I can't judge those. Wifi was to say the least, poor, wouldn't work when the door of the cabin is closed, ooh btw, the frequent power outages hinders that too, communications about those could be a bit better as they apparently know when they are expected. At one moment, the water output was disrupted, no power outage, so I couldn't't use the BR. and btw, noisy!! Thank God for noise-cancelling headphones, otherwise I'd never sleep. overall poor communication from staff, even poor before and after
