"Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...

"I had to book this place last minute & I’m so glad I did. Had the cutest decor! The smoking area was very cute and convenient with a beautiful view from the top floor, easily accessible right by all of the activities/ shopping center in phi phi. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 service. "

"Overall very nice hotel, shuttle service was actually working very smooth. Shuttle service to beach or to town was every hour. We really enjoyed the stay. The only downside is pool area, it’s more water park area than pool relax area. "

"Our stay was good. A staff member met us at the peir and brought our baggage right to our hotel and kept the place clean as they could even after crazy rain showers. Its near a pretty popular bar which makes it loud at night but we knew that going there. The one thing I wasnt impressed with was the bathroom. Its an open concept so when you take a shower everything in the room gets wet including your toliet, floor doesnt drain very well making it a slipping hazard. The shower also had very little...

"Very pleasant from the moment we arrived. Resort ‘s employees will wait for you at the pier and help with luggage. Walk about 15 mins to the resort, easy walk. All services are amazing and you have private beach area for your kids to enjoy while you are relaxing on daybed. Quite area away from the noises. Mattress is a bit hard but we don't mind. Tap water kinda salty but they give you free bottled of water daily, you can use it to brush your teeth instead of tap water. Laundromat next to the...
