This Craftsman Bungalow restoration has been meticulously redesigned to suit modern living, down to the studs. From the carefully preserved original oak floors and vintage wavy glass windows to the intricately crafted custom trim work, every aspect of this home exudes attention to detail. The newly added section boasts a spacious chef-inspired kitchen with vaulted ceilings, adorned with sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinetry. A convenient main floor laundry room leads to the expansive back deck, offering serene views of the lush yard and accompanying shed. Two generously sized bedrooms feature ample closet space, accompanied by two bathrooms showcasing exquisite custom tile work. Garbage pickup on Monday mornings. Please take out trash can out to the street on Sunday night and return it to its proper spot after Monday's pickup.

Bike Storage:

The house does not have a garage but we have an extra large shed with a lock. If you come in to ride bikes, there is a place to lock up your bikes. And our shed fits up to eight bikes.
