Guest Access:
It is a private area so there are no shared access areas.
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).
Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $150 pet cleaning fee per stay. No cats are allowed.

Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 8 PM CT to assist with any questions.
Sleeping Capacity:
The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies:
Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
Smoking Policy:
A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Note: Once you confirm your reservation, you will need to complete your guest portal in order to receive your check-in instructions. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information solely intended for additional verification. For any food deliveries, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite squad, and Uber Eats will deliver them all to you. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per reservation. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM.
