"Very conveniently located hotel to Knott’s Berry Farm. Decently priced and nicely decorated. Good gym facilities and pool (I was able to workout in the gym and swim laps) while my teenagers went to Knott's Berry Farm. Very well priced Happy Hour ($4 beers). Overall very clean hotel except for a couple of areas that smelled weird in the hallway (similar to an assisted living facility). Parking is pricey at $25/day (hidden added fees)."

"I stayed for three nights, and the experience was unacceptable. For two days, there was no body wash in the room, forcing me to use shampoo as a substitute. On another day, my room was not cleaned at all. Additionally, I greeted a housekeeping staff member in the morning, and they completely ignored me and walked away without even acknowledging my greeting. This lack of basic courtesy and poor service is extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel."

"The hotel was so beautiful, spacious and clean. I got the two queen bed room. There was a standing shower, beautiful lighting and a window overlooking the city. There was only valet parking which was free also for us who had a reservation. Breakfast is not included."

"We have stayed here before because it is in a good location, feels safe, clean, budget friendly and suits our needs for our visit. This recent stay was a little different experience (2.5-3 stars). Blow dryer didn’t work and water was turned off intermittently our last night (3 night stay). We were able to get a blow dryer from the front desk, but it was an inconvenience especially after a travel day. Water was back on next morning but had to leave early for the airport without a shower. "

"Very rude staff and I do not understand why lobby was alway closed during business hours. 2 nights stay with. 1. Very rude staff 2. No room cleaning after my first night 3. Old and dirty room AC/Heater 4. Ice machine room was closed at least half hour before 11pm as posted on the door. 5. There was no coffee machine in the room 6. As the room was not clean by 4pm, I had to ask for a new bath towel, it took them almost 2 hours to get me a couple as they were being washed I will never come...

"The atmosphere was very relaxed, and I received an excellent deal, even though I was slightly short on funds. The environment was quiet, and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I made sure to leave the room in the same condition I found it. Overall, it was a great value"
