"Spa, room and staff all fantastic. We had a meal in the pub (Indian night) and was very disappointed, reminded me of a poor flavoured homemade meal, really not what i expected. Breakfast in the morning was great in every way. Would recommend, just not for the Indian. "

"We were disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the price and so we had to pay an additional charge for breakfasts for our two night stay. The meal we had at the pub in the first night was mediocre at best. We ordered one of the 'specials' , which we thought would be good. It was a pie that had been microwaved and so instead of a crisp pastry crust was more like elastic."

"This house is a jem. We picked it doe to the excellent reviews and it lived up and exceeded expectations! It has everything you would need beautifully set 10 min drive from King's Lynn. The tennis court and garden are fab, but the house interior and rooms is what really set it apart. The kitchen is very well stocked.The cinema room with the surround sound is great and the two reception rooms are very cosy. But the best room is the dining room, which is stunning.The bedrooms are large, beds comfortable an impeccable level of hygiene in the bathrooms.Thank you so much for having us and we will be back!
