" We stayed here for 3 nights and are very glad we chose this hotel. We were staying with 3 young kids (8, 5, and 3) and were going to be having a decent amount of time needing to just stay in the room, so we opted for the one bedroom king suite - and boy was it worth it!!! We basically had a one bedroom apartment for our stay. I had a hard time finding traveler’s photos of this type of room prior to the trip (so hard to tell from real-estate photos the hotel posts) so we really didn’t know...

"This hotel felt safe. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The one thing that stood out about this place is the staff. We had an issue with the tv remote (not batteries), and the maintenance person would not rest until it was resolved. Sparing the details, I’ll just say that we have never had a staff member advocate harder for our comfort. The staff here are the gold standard on how it is done."
