The facility was clsed and had been for several weeks due to a bsd fire. Expedia should not have had it on offer. Owners erre very helpful and distraught that a booking had been made.
This is the worst place I have ever stayed. From the pungent musty smell that is in everything and is everywhere including the pillows and bedding. Not a single lamp worked in the room, only the bright overhead light worked. Bathroom was another disaster....the toilet moved every time you used it. Not to mention the crack in the toilet tank. Spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom, plus the door didn't close. Hope you are not looking to wind down with a little tv, as you only get maybe 4 English channels. Not a very responsive hotel as I had messaged them 4 days before we arrived and never heard back from them. This place is run down, poorly managed and just not worth $150 a night. Just so you know, I never leave a bad review unless it is the truth and others should know about it. Go somewhere else. SERIOUSLY!!!

We didn't spend much time in the room but, we had no issues when we where there.
The room was smoky. In the deal was with breakfast but didn't served. The light near the bed wasn't working. Lobby had bad smell. Hotel is too old. Not Hotel, its motel.
The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable, the A/C works well and the shower gets hot quickly with decent pressure. The staff is very friendly and the in-house restaurant has very tasty dishes (Japanese, Chinese and Korean) will come back and would recommend.
(Stayed for work 3 nights)
A little tired - but it is an older building. Some nice upgrades were done.

Outdated but clean and good service. Combine net location with restaurants and shops close by.

It was very old (maybe 60's decor) . Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the hallway, bleached out spot on the carpet in the hallway, wood paneling in the rooms, pillows were like cement blocks. For $ 157/night it was not worth the money. The tv satellite box didn't work, and when I tried to call the front desk the phone didn't work either!

Location and maintenance were very good. Property was clean except for Carpets in the room that were very dirty
Owner was a great host , the breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. Great place for a 1-2 night stay in kincardine. Central location close enough to downtown and kincardine attractions. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Gentleman at the desk was very friendly and the rest of the staff was friendly as well.
Toilets have never been cleaned. When we spoke with Mr.Kim he said he will yell at the cleaning staff. We said there's no need to yell at the staff, rather you need to train them to clean the rooms and bathrooms. Mr. Kim said this is small town there's no training here.
Staff was pleasant and accommodating. There were some issues on our arrival however they were sorted out quickly.

The room smelled musty each time I entered. The tub looked so grubby that we did not use it. We asked to have the room cleaned and put out the requested signage but still had to ask for towels when we returned at 9pm.
3 night stay to attend the Kincardine Scotish Festival. Motel was a great base, quiet and comfortable. It is an older establishment but is well looked after.
I was pretty disappointed at paying $180 a night for a place that was run down and only charged that amount because there was so much going on in town that weekend.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife have a very nice property very close to downtown Kincardine. They were very hospitable and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were priced fair for those on a budget and want a clean and comfortable place to stay. They provided a free breakfast with our stay. We look forward to staying here again next year for the Scottish Festival.
