"Wonderful stay! Communication was great from start to finish, check in was easy (even in the dark!), and the property was just as described. Spacious, super clean, and sooo close to the private sandy beach, loved having the lawn chairs always out and ready. The property grounds are so well-taken care of, the beach is raked every morning, and the pool was heated and spotless. "Excellent stay at Flamingo Nook. The location is fantastic. Key Colony Beach is a beautiful and convenient community, almost in the middle of the Keys. The design and privacy for the pool and deck are the highlight of the property. On average we spent at least 8 hours a day enjoying them! Two small areas of disappointment: (1) when we checked in, we had to vacuum the kitchen floor (egg shells and large food crumbs from prior visitors were on the floor); and (2) the listing and welcome binder...

"This was such a cute way to stay on the water. It is very similar to an RV...but in water not land. We loved our visit to the Keys and relaxing on the back porch was a morning and evening enjoyment. "

"Lovely home on the water. Plenty of space and beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen was plentiful and open floor plan was ideal. The outside area was peaceful and relaxing. Bikes were a plus! The only miss for us was a lack of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels) especially beach chairs. We wanted to explore multiple beaches and were unable to be as flexible as hoped without proper beach equipment. We will be looking to return to Marathon and Key West next winter and would...
