"Room could have been cleaned better. The restroom had ants and mold. Also, the sellof marijuana was all down the hallways day or night. "

"The general service and hospitality was off for us this stay. Understaffed? No housekeeping service, not even a room refresh. Long wait for luggage and car valet. "

"Had to change rooms a few times. When I reached what I thought was my final room, a man walked in our room. I called the front desk and the lack of care was alarming. I was staying w my 15yr old daughter and they basically didn’t care then told me if we wanted we could get a new key. After expressing we no longer felt safe they basically said they have no rooms and they can cancel my reservation. All while this was going on security came to my room, started opening my door and “testing the lock” without telling me so I again scared opened the door and asked what was going on and was told “we don’t have to tell you anything” very condescendingly . So I exited my rooms luggage as this felt very violating to me and my young daughter. This was not a typical “Hard Rock” experience or service. Would never stay there again. The hotel next door is was much nicer spend the money and stay there (Beau Rivage)"

"The check in progress was a little rocky at first but after that, everything was great. House was a great stay, close to the beach, and everything else. We really enjoyed and will stay again when we're in the area."

"Our room was clean, smells wonderful as well. Appreciate the heated pool. My kids loved all the breakfast options as well. Wonderful stay and couldn't recommend it enough!"
