We were excited to stay in an historical property. The rooms, were not decorated in a manner that fit with the history of the property. The floor was not clean so we had to leave our shoes on the entire time we were in the room. Additionally, the room smelled very musty and damp.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The exterior building and grounds were well kept.
