"Clean, large room with plenty of parking. In May 2026, the restaurant was permanently closed, and no other lounge scene so the lobby is dark and quiet. Also, people seem to live in the hotel, maybe a multi-purpose property. So the vibe is unusual. It is walking distance to many bars and restaurants."

"This place was perfect! The house was adorable, clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us when we needed it. The location was great, there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when I'm in Buffalo again!"

"We had family Thanksgiving there. Plenty of room for grandparents, parents and kids. Everything was in working order, sufficient dishes and cookware to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. The beds were comfortable. We all said we would definitely be happy to stay there again.Some confusion in the listing. Instructions stated entry in rear of house but actually was front so trouble with entry code until determined at incorrect door. Listing said parking in driveway but was changed to only on street parking. Signs in home also still state laundry available but is not. That wasn’t an issue."

"I am from Buffalo and my family, and I were in town for a memorial service for my uncle. We were also celebrating the amazing person he was, and life led. The house reminded us of the house where we grew up, so it was perfect. It was clean, welcoming, comfortable, convenient and the communication with the host was fantastic!
