"A quaint old building in a great location. Perfect for a fun trip to Buffalo. Staff is excellent. Free drink in the lounge each night. Free parking and free breakfast. Room was spacious with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. Not a great spot for business as the wifi is unreliable for zoom calls."

"Very well placed hotel for the theatre district in Buffalo as well as a few train stops down from where the Sabers play hockey. Great hotel and an awesome price!!"

"Very nice property, pictures look exactly as shown online. The only negative I have to say is although the property offers laundry, the washer and dryer both had linens in them and a basket full. I was kind to finish it off so I could do a light load myself and the laundry area itself is not the most appealing. There were shoes all over the place and gym equipment scattered around. Another downfall is steep steps to get up to the carriage house. I would stay here again as the rest of the carriage house was beautiful. It’s in a quiet area and it’s secluded which is a major perk."

"This place was perfect! The house was adorable, clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us when we needed it. The location was great, there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when I'm in Buffalo again!"

"We had family Thanksgiving there. Plenty of room for grandparents, parents and kids. Everything was in working order, sufficient dishes and cookware to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. The beds were comfortable. We all said we would definitely be happy to stay there again.Some confusion in the listing. Instructions stated entry in rear of house but actually was front so trouble with entry code until determined at incorrect door. Listing said parking in driveway but was changed to only on street parking. Signs in home also still state laundry available but is not. That wasn’t an issue."

"I am from Buffalo and my family, and I were in town for a memorial service for my uncle. We were also celebrating the amazing person he was, and life led. The house reminded us of the house where we grew up, so it was perfect. It was clean, welcoming, comfortable, convenient and the communication with the host was fantastic! Thanks for your great hospitality!"
