Very nice experience for our group. Great location and very responsive host. Lots of space and fabulous detail on the first floor. I would not hesitate to rent again.
Spacious and charming home! We enjoyed our stay with a group of 4 couples. Charles was a great host- good communication and willingness to help us with any needs.
House was spectacular along with the host who was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. The house was clean, well equipped and very comfortable even with the 90 degrees outside.
Great space!! Loved the history! Woodwork was stunning! We rented for a holiday dinner party for our team. We had about 20 guests and we fit perfect! Kitchen has pocket doors so guests would not see what the chefs were preparing!! Highly recommended!!
It was a great stay!!!! My kids absolutely loved it Charles made us a delicious chocolate cake and was a wonderful host he was there for everything ... This was above a 5 star ...Thankyou so much charlie .;)

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Everything was clean, rooms, kitchen, beds etc. The listing was not clear that it is a guest house which was a surprise to us. There are 3 floors, the guests (us) have access to the first 2 floors while the owner is on the third floor. My wife was a bit uncomfortable with this setup. I do think it should be clearly mentioned in the title or description.

The host, Chuck, was exceptional. I forgot a few items and he was very accommodating in facilitating getting them to my sister to mail to me the next day. The house has great bones, but is still a work in progress. The description has some inaccuracies, particularly regarding the garden. The pictures have been "adjusted" using AI and are not quite accurate. In addition, I do think the description should alert you that the owner is living on premises - he is on the third floor and has a separate entrance and we did not see this as any inconvenience. He and his dog Capone were lovely.
We used the property for 2 nights to hold a small wedding (with the owner’s permission). Everything was wonderful. So much gorgeous restored wood set a very romantic Victorian feel. 4 large, comfortable, master painter themed bedrooms with 2 convenient full bathrooms on the second floor. Especially appreciated the owner leaving welcome items for things we forgot. What a beautiful historical property that was the perfect backdrop for lasting memories!
Great communication, nice house, accurate pictures. House has 3 floors he lives on the 3rd floor. Didn’t know dog was upstairs friend has dog allergy her eyes began to swell towards the end of the night and throat started itching.
We had a great overnight stay at the house after attending a concert. It was the perfect distance from the Key Bank Center. Our group of 5 ladies loved the history of the house. Chuck was very accommodating, and responded quickly to our messages. Cindy & Friends
