We stayed here for Xmas and new year. Lovely hotel, great buffet breakfast every day. The staff were excellent and the rooms were cleaned every day aswell Would definitely recommend

The staff were very friendly and.. Just like the name of the hotel, the view from the hotel was so beautiful! The large swimming pool in the hotel and the delicious breakfast with sweet fruits... and the smooth morning coffee was fantastic! This is definitely the best hotel for foreigners!! Affordable and best service hotel..! If you are planning a trip to Phuket, I highly recommend it!!

We enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with room space and cleanliness. We were also inmpressed with how quiet and peaceful the stay at our time of stay at princess sea view. Staff were very friendly polite and always smiling.

Two-night stay

The last time we stayed at the hotel was in 2012 when it was almost new. The standard of the hotel had dropped radically. Most of the tourists in the hotel were Russians. We stayed in a family suite: - The room smelled bad - The air conditioning could not be adjusted, whether it was off or at full power. The hotel is worth two stars.

I really hated that all the girls in the restaurant for breakfast where always sitting down playing on their phones & putting male up on in front of every one during service while cats are jumping on to the tables & eating peoples food of their plates. Disgusting & a major health hazard. I did tell the staff - they dodnt care. Their make up & phone coversations were more important.

I was surprised when we got there. The staff spoke limited English if any at all. There were cats roaming everywhere, including the dining area which is a covered outdoor area. There is a gentleman making eggs but not made to order. Everything looks likes it’s been sitting out all day long. Breakfast was awful. There are limited restaurants within a walking distance. The rooms are joined which never makes me feel safe. To access our room we had to go up one elevator and go over to another elevator to access another building. It was super inconvenient. The pool areas were run down. The bathroom got no air and was super hot. The ac would also automatically turn off when you left the room so it was always super hot when you got back to The hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

L’hôtel est bien mais la localisation n’est pas top. Le service du petit déjeuner est sencer être jusque 10h30 mais lors qu’on arrive à 10h les tables sont débarrasser il n’y a plus de serviette et de set de table. De plus que pour avoir une omelette il faut sans cesse allez à la recherche du personnel. La veille de notre départ nous avons eu la surprise à notre retour dans la chambre de recevoir une note de frais de 1500 bath pour des serviette de piscine manquante (nous les avions avec nous pour allez à la piscine. Lors du départ nous avons demander à l’accueil de nous apporter un chariot afin de pouvoir transporter nos bagages (6 valises) nous étions avec un enfant en bas âges personne n’est venue nous avons dû les transporter nous même sachant que nous devions traverser deux bâtiment. Très déçue du service

Les personnels de l’Hotel sont très accueillants. Ils sont a nos écoutes pour régler le problème. Très appréciable, des navettes gratuites toutes les 30 minutes nous emmènent à la plage Karon. Des bus pour aller par exemple à Patong toutes les 30 mn moyennant un ticket 100 Baths. Ce bus nous emmène jusqu’à Aéroport Phuket si on voulait. Un autre bus plus traditionnel nous emmène à Phuket Old Town, 40 Baths, toutes les 30 mn. Les chauffeurs sont très sympas, gentils. On peut demander de s’arrêter ou de prendre le Bus à n’importe quel endroit en faisant le signe. Une très grande piscine au moins 2 fois plus grande que les autres. Pas très profonde 1,20m. Même température de l’eau de la piscine et extérieure. Jolie vue depuis nos balcons la mer, piscine, montagnes

Sengetøj blev ikke skiftet under opholdet og der var en lille blodplet på. Sengene rigtigt hårde og puder alt for høje. Personalet snakkede ikke meget engelsk men var ellers rigtig søde. Tror hotellet har 1 stjerne for meget ift. oplevelsen.

Wir hatten ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang erhalten, es ist großartig, der Pool ist riesig und wir waren oft alleine drin, da das Hotel nicht stark besucht ist. Die Zimmer sind groß, bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank der auch richtig kalte Getränke kühlt. Großes Badezimmer mit Wanne und Dusche getrennt, alles sehr sauber. Jeden Abend einen tollen Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Negativ ist, das es relativ weit vom Stand ist, es fahren aber mehrmals die Stunde kostenlose Shuttel an den Stand.

Fint hotell med otroligt trevlig personal. Frukosten förväntade vi oss bättre med tanke på hotellet. Ingen restaurang att äta lunch eller middag eller bara ta en drink var en stor besvikelse. Den skulle renoveras men tanke på att det var högsäsong så kändes det som en besvikelse. Badet var fint men poolbaren var obefintlig även den. Hotellet har stora möjligheter men det krävs att alla delar kommer igång om vi ska komma tillbaka.

Ok but needs improvement

Had to change rooms twice. Firstly because of a broken blind in the bathroom, then a leaking air conditioner in the second room. The hotel was ok but needs to be upkept and maintained more than it is. Overall, my partner and I were a bit disappointed.
