The hotel is pretty good for people who wish to spend time at the beach as it is along the Karon beach. The room was clean and tidy. If you are in a search of a budget friendly place to stay at the beach side, then I would recommend this place. Only downside I can think of is they don’t have laundry service.

Excellent value

We took the public bus from Phuket airport to Karon, bus drop off not far from the hotel easy walk. The Hotel is right across from the beach. The room was spacious and clean everything worked.Free wifi tended to drop off intermittently staff were good.Lots of food places close by, as were massage places and market stalls. I would stay again.

Good location across from the beach, close to everything. Room was standard, but had a horrible nauseating smell of sewage that never went away.Told staff but all they did was shrug and spray some air freshener, which didn't work. VERY DISTURBING!

On all nights but one, our door was left not just unlocked, but OPEN by the maid. The first time it happened, we left a tip next to a note reminding them to lock the door... it was left open yet again and the TIP WAS GONE! Furthermore, we had to deal with 2 cockroaches in our bathroom that we learned had come from the sink's drain. Stay in Kata for more to do, this spot is only nice if the beach is all you need.

Grei beliggenhet nært stranda. Endel støy fra trafikk og uteplass på rom som vender mot stranda/vei. Rommene kunne trenge oppussing. Hotellet og Karon Beach forøvrig domineres fullstendig av russere.

Bra läge & bra café - men dåligt hotell.

Läget på hotellet är kanon, nära till stranden & restauranger. Men låg servicenivå på hotellet - hälsade i princip inte på någon gäst, städningen överlag dålig, ofräscht pool område. Dom hade även ett cafe bredvid, där var de dock superbra service & trevlig personal. Men hotellet under all kritik.

Kamers met zeezicht zijn fantastisch. Erg genoten van het uitzicht op soms wat regenachtige dagen. Het geluid die je wat hebt langs te straatkant neem je er met gemak bij. Het heeft in ieder geval met nachtrust niet verstoord. Het is een sprong naar het strand en onderweg neem je een lekkere koffie van de Anda Coffee Bar mee. Bedden liggen wat hard, maar ieder heeft daarin zijn voorkeuren.

Pros: Location was good! Right in front of Karon Beach. They have balcony where u can smoke and enjoy the beach view. The aircon was cold. Cons: Bed was hard. Didn't like it. Room was facing the sea but the noise traffic is 24/7. Pillows are limited 1 for 1. Can't even request for more. Shower water pressure wasn't strong. I didn't like the structure of the interior building. It was oddly made which I don't understand the design. Reception staffs are not friendly and they will charge you late check out even if you want to check out one hour later. Which other hotels does not charge it.

Toda una decepción,coji la habitación con vistas al mar para poder disfrutar de ella.Pues no había wifi en la habitación.Ya sabemos como somos actualmente,nos gusta irnos ala habitación,tumbarnos en la cama y estar conectados un rato.Pues sin wifi..Solo podías dormir.Lo siento,pero hoy día esto es imperdonable,vengo de la selva y pude hacer una videoconferencia,solo habia wifi en lobby o la pool.Pero me apetecía descansar en mi habitación con vistas al mar y allí estaba incomunicado.El staff muy amable solo decía sorry,sin dar solución.Mi última noche me fui al hotel de al lado perdiendo el último día de reserva. El desayuno era pobre.En la piscina empezaron a levantar el suelo de tarima,con el consiguiente ruido.Ya leí en comentarios que había gente que no pudo bañarse por estar cerrada la piscina.Si van ha hacer mantenimiento,debería anunciarlo en la web,con fechas exactas,no está bien coger un hotel por la piscina y llegar y que esté cerrada por mantenimiento,hoteles.com debería sancionar/informar esas cosas.Estaba reservando un taxi y en el momento del pago el wifi se corto,realice d nuevo la reserva y resulta que me han cobrado el taxi 2 veces,he perdido casi 3 horas para reclamar la devolución (en la piscina con el ruido).El primer día tuve problemas porque decían que no tenía desayuno,cuando lo tenía.En fin una experiencia bastante decepcionante,este mensaje lo envió desde el lobby, ya que desde mi habitación,No hay wifi.Ya no hay wifi ni en la piscina... Solo lobby

Everything was great. Very clean and modern room. Staff was always helpful and they are sincere. The beach is very beautiful and you only acrros the street on a few steps. Rooftop pool is also nice. They provide towels for pool and beach. I would absolutely stay there again.

La clim est parfaite on peut réglé la température de la chambre par contre jai eu le malheur et je vous le souhaite pas d avoir une chambre sans fenetre et oui je savais pas que ca exister. Le personnel est inexistant meme un bonjour vius ni avait pas droit le menage est mal fait souvent il laisser les bouteille vide et emballage dabs la chambre.les felme de menage parle au micro on dirait il le font expres de vous réveiller a parler gort et metre leur talkie walki fort sinon emplacement parfait

And there’s the Beach!

Anda tried to put me in a suite 4 floors up and no elevator, just recovering from knee injury, so not going to happen. Anda front desk accommodated me by upgrading me, at no charge, and moved me to the main building with elevator...nice. The cleaning staff do a great job, breakfast is limited but tasty. The location is the key, u just can’t get a better spot at that price, beach across the street, perfect!

Good place close to the beach

The junior suite was very comfortable. But it was facing the road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Most of the small trucks that serve as local taxis have big stereo speakers and when those guys park nearby late at night to turn up the music it is hard to get a peaceful rest. Not much the hotel can do about that. The bed was cozy, the A/C worked great (in both rooms) and the bathroom was great. The balcony overlooking the street was nice and it's possible to see a bit of the ocean through the trees on the beach. Other than the traffic noise Karon is pretty quiet. Hotel is well-located for an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and right across the street from the beach. Not a bad place to stay if you get a good price on the room.

VERY GOOD SMALL HOTEL IN KARON CLEAN BEACH

Very good small hotel everything is ok : the breakfast only is weak for me and the front side beach is clean which is not the case at Patong !
