She was very nice and easy-going and showed us to the hotel, since it’s located deeper inte village. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. We were very much looking forward to this hotel. The man at the reception at check in was amazing! The hotel looked nice. The room is beautiful. Then when they didn't clean for us for 3 days and they were supposed to clean every day, I was out of luck. In the end, however, we got to the point where they cleaned every day, but only by eye. There were four of us. They only gave us towels for the three of us. After a week, they started giving us four by themselves. In the meantime, we have already...

The staff were brilliant, the food was unreal, and it was extremely peaceful.
Little touches like taking your suitcases on arrival and making your room ready for bed when you came back from dinner, really made the stay the best.

They had a great range of entertainment (something for everyone), and the bar areas were well ran and services. The spa area was really relaxing, with great amenities - we had great massages there!
