According to it’s service it should not have five stars; no room service after 11 p.m. though it should be 24 hrs. No one was answering in the reception, I was calling since 11:30. No drinking water in the room though there was a fridge in the room. And when I went to the reception and asked from where can I have water, he replied that everything is closed at 12 a.m. even the bar and gave me a bottle of water.
All the restaurants are closed even before 11 p.m., we wanted to have dinner at 10:20, but all the restaurants are closed, no snacks in the bar, and when we asked the reception they said there is only room service till 11 p.m.
