"There was no sheet, just a quilt in a linen bag. I get it, the bag mean washing one thing (just a sheet/bag) versus two things (sheet/bag and quilt). However, there is only one layer to pull on or throw off. That makes for a restless night's sleep (on/off/on/off...)"

"Ok"

"Conveniently located right by Vienna Hbf Central station. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone."

"Enjoyed the Maxx by Steigenberger, now rebranded as a Crowne Plaza property."

"It’s more budget than you’d expect for a premier inn - no tea making facilities in the reception or in the room and no drinking water without paying for it. The bathroom was a bit worse for wear. The location is very convenient for the station though and the room was clean so if you’re looking for super budget then it is that."

"The good thing is its just across the Vienna Main Train station. Staff was not helpful. There was no mode of communication in the room to contact the staff. I had to go the reception to ask for iron. They keep on saying it will come in 10 mins even after going multiple times downstairs. After an hour, I had to go without ironing my clothes. But even when I came in the evening, nothing was there in the room. Regarding amenities, you will only find handsoap and shower gel in the room. TV is very...

"We really enjoyed this hotel. I thought we were getting two twin beds as I’m traveling with my mom but it was a king bed with separate comforters. The breakfast was pricey but 10/10! Very delicious. Hotel staff were very nice!! We were about a 16-20 minute walk from what we wanted to do but it was fine."

"Gute Lage, leckeres Frühstück, bequeme Betten"

"I would never stay here again. The property is worn down, dirty, and dark. It screams “budget traveler” in their early 20’s. The lighting in the hallway to your room has a delayed sensor which is creepy when it’s dark. There is no coffee before 7am, which is horrible if you are up early. The adjacent restaurant is over crowded and the food is subpar. Skip this place."

"Fabulous quaint hotel"
