The view we had in our room was beautiful We could see Sakurajima clearly. The staff helpful and the room very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel.

This is a hotel of great value. The room is big (by Japanese hotel standard). And if you are lucky enough, you will be allocated at a side that faces Sakurajima, the Kagoshima iconic volcano. Amazing view to wake up to. A solid hotel option.

繁華街ですが屋外音は聞こえず快適でした。中央駅へ散歩できる距離ですから、過ごしやすい時期にお勧めします。平日泊でしたので仕事関係の方が多い印象です。チェックアウトの簡素化は嬉しいです。

天文館の中にあって、立地はかなり良かったです。パジャマが上下に分かれていて、すごく肌触り良い素材だったので快適に寝る事が出来ました。何か挙げるとするのであれば、ヘアーブラシが無かったのが残念です。

飯店把我安排在13樓靠海房間，房內就可以看櫻島火山，感動! 地理位置很方便，天文館是鹿耳島最熱鬧地方，公車、輕軌可以到達絕大部分景點，甚至比住車站前方便，而且住在這種鬧區房間還能這麼大，真是不錯。 缺點是沒有浴缸(但是浴廁比較大)。

子どもとの旅行で利用。とても清潔で掃除も行き届いており素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフさんも丁寧に応対してくれるので気持ちよかったです。また鹿児島に行くときはいきたいです！ レンタカーで訪れる際は、時間帯通行禁止など複雑な道路事情がありました。

鹿児島マラソン参加で会場に近いホテルだったので、宿泊しました。 場所は分かりにくいかったのですが、飲屋街で便利でした。 なにより部屋や浴槽が綺麗で、シャワーも水圧があって気持ちよかったです！ミネラルウォーターや温泉の素などの心遣いも嬉しい☺️ スタッフの方も感じ良かったです。やはり、外国人の方が増えてますね。日本語はうまく接客も丁寧で、気持ちがいい旅行になりました。
