"They allow dogs but charge $75/night for them (not mentioned) and then require that you not leave them alone in the room so that meant room service for me. Then the coffee maker was broken in the room so more room service."

"The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you need anything for the kitchen (cookware) you have to ask for it. Same with the hairdryer and ironing board. The laundry facilities are awesome. You supply your own cleaning products. But the $3 each for both the washer/dryer. They get ample clean and dry. The one thing that was annoying to me was the left turn out of the parking lot. It took forever to make a left turn safely."

"The staff was friendly upon check in. They had even baked cookies as a welcoming gift, although we did not try them they looked tasty. The room was very clean-- the linens, bathtub and sink. The air-conditioner worked well. The bed was super comfy. The continental breakfast was great because there was a choice of about anything you would want. The TV was a nice size and worked well. We liked that it did not have carpeting because carpet is mostly a haven for dust and allergens. We don't have it in our home and in turn don't like it away from home so this was a great plus for us. This hotel is rather large with lots of rooms. It is also well landscaped."

"The bedding at spots on it also did the towels, there was sticky stuff on the tables and half the plugs didn’t work, we did not once comeplane about anything and that was our mistake. Also it was never mentioned that they was remolding the hotel on any website so be ready to be woken up by load beeping and banging and eveything else at 730. My mistake for not taking pictures of everything in the room prior to sitting, touching or anything before you take pictures of everything towels, bedding, pillowcases tables everything you will be charged, for someone else’s mistake and taken from you deposit. Really hated this cause wanted to come back to stay until we checked out. Shoud have just complained about everything and be one of those people from the get go."

"I booked a single queen room that Expedia says sleeps 3 meaning that they should have a sofa bed in the room. When we went in the room it only has a single queen but nothing else. The hotel says our accessible rooms are single queens only. So my only choice was to change rooms to a non-accessible double queen plus pay an $20.00 for the room."
