"Breakfast is a little pricy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and able to accommodate bags when we checked out but before we left Geneva."

"The hotel was clean, near the train station, local restaurants and walking distance to anything we wanted to see. Breakfast included as per our request, and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and informative and we received a public transport pass during our stay which meant moving around on the train and boat taxis free and fun."

"This hotel is in a mall and is not easy to reach by car. There are no bellmen, and it is a fully self-service hotel. You check in yourself and make your own room keys. Laundry is difficult to manage if you need it done. The rooms are tiny and noisy. You will not get a good night's rest here, and the rooms were very hot, even with the air system running on the coldest setting. I would not recommend this place, and I will not be back."

"Room and bathroom both clean, bed and comforter/pillows very comfortable, above average quality. Airport shuttle prompt and easy. Staff super nice. Only complaint is that I arrived late at almost 11pm and there was no food available. Room service was to be done by phone scan and app but it did not work after many tries, I gave up. I chose a more expensive hotel with full service knowing I would arrive late and was counting on the room service for dinner after a long day. It was disappointing as it was the one service I really needed."

"My wife and I had a wonderful three night stay at this hotel in late May 2026. We were delighted with our choice and the excellent communication we received in advance. We learned about the helpful Geneva Transport Card which made our trip much easier. The staff were incredibly friendly attentive and helpful. A bonus was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Geneva airport which relieved all our worries about arriving on time. The shuttle drivers were professional polite and helpful. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. One night we ordered dinner to our room and it was delicious, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. We skipped breakfast to explore other options in the tourist areas of Geneva. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel without hesitation!"
