"Overall, we really enjoy staying at the Reef and continue to return for the beautiful views, amenities, comfortable room layouts, and generally relaxing atmosphere.This particular unit had a few check-in and cleanliness hiccups. The condo itself was lovely, but we feel it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, especially in the kitchen, along with freshly washed decor bedding items/couch pillow casings and updated beach towels.Despite a stressful start, we made the best of our stay and enjoyed our time at the Reef."

"The suite was very nice. Came with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Bathroom was okay. There is a $41 charge a day that I was unaware of on top of the what expedia charges so that sucked."

"We loved the 2 bed 2 bath condo at Harbourside Resort! The room was laid out great and the balcony overlooking the water park was fantastic! We had 7 of our grandkids ages 2-13 visit us throughout our stay and were very entertained by the waterpark! Especially the 2-yr old. The toddler area kept him busy for hours! Everything was clean & tidy. The staff was consistently picking up trash and being helpful with any questions. We did not use the poolside bar, but many did. The beach is 2 blocks away and was breathtaking! We rented a 6-seater golf cart from Danny (number in the office) and it was AWESOME to get around to and from places. You can drive them as a vehicle on any road posted 35mph or less. This was a lifesaver as we never lost our garage parking spot and saved on gas as well. Our personal boat wasn't fixed in time for this vacation (bummer) but... there are nice docks within steps from the condo to fish. Our grandsons had the best time catching 12-15 big catch fish (we released them) at the docks. Jim & Kayleigh were FABULOUS! Jim was so pleasant & helpful with many details to elevate our stay. Kayleigh, a younger guy went out of their way to get towels, extra household essentials, and a floor fan for our room. Not one time did they make us feel like we were a pest. Upon arrival we noticed our frig wasn't making ice. After reporting it, a very nice maintenance man came and resolved the issue. This is TRULY a DREAM VACATION RESORT. Melanie (Williston, FL)"

"Great location! Beautiful area with a 3 minute walk to the beach. Check in was good. There was a little confusion on which unit but the host answered and was able to get it taken care of right away. The space was clean and comfortable. The back area on the water was amazing. I’d definitely stay again."

"Host was so easy to communicate with. Started us out with a few necessary supplies so that we were able to relax and enjoy the beach instead of running to the store immediately upon arrival. Host was easy to communicate with. Restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance."
