"Everything about the property was great and was as expected based on the pictures and the listing description. No surprises. The condo was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. From the balcony, there was a slight ocean view between two houses across the street. The property was convenient to shops and local restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the sofa in the living room was comfortable, and the sofa on the balcony was so comfortable that I took two naps on it out in the ocean breeze. The bathroom was spacious, with double sinks, a large walk in shower, shelving for storing toiletries, and we liked that the toilet had a door for privacy. We appreciated having access to the owners’ beach chairs and umbrellas. We definitely would stay here again. "

"Hosts were super helpful. The walk to the beach is very short and cute childrens park with mangrove boardwalk just as close in opposite direction. Definitely dream beach getaway for us. This was our first online house rental and I was fearful of a long list of to do's for check out and we basically had to put the trash out, so another !"

"This place was everything we wanted for a beach vacation. It was walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. We sat on the patio with a snack and a glass of wine while we watched the sunset. The beach was never crowded.Myrtle, the owner, is one of the nicest people you will meet.Did I mention it is on the beach."

Everything we could possibly need was available and we were literally steps from the beach and walking distance to great food and entertainment. The owners are very responsive an accommodating to our special needs. We will absolutely return!"

"This place was perfect for my last minute trip. It's everything that I needed, and the perfect size to not be overwhelmed with alot to cleanup on my way out. The location is great if you are planning on visiting Clearwater, St. Pete or Tampa. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and the place was very clean. Highly recommend!"
