"This hotel was a dream come true. Faro the manager and Jessica at the front desk treated us like gold. The breakfast was great. The room had the most amazing view. The fitness center wasn’t open yet, but Faro showed it to us and they all of the best equipment. We will return to Wengen again thanks to our wonderful experience."

"The hotel is located above an Asian fast food restaurant. There is no reception. The building was not clean and the rooms were basic - hostel like. The pictures and positive reviews are very misleading. I would not recommend the hotel."

"This is a poorly designed old budget hotel describing itself as a boutique hotel. The room was tiny with the toilet a few feet directly next to the bed. There were strange vibrating noises heard at night. The room and bathroom did not smell fresh. The hotel is in 10 min walking distance to train and lake but not the best location."
