"We had a great time at The Pine Bungalows! It felt like we were staying in a little wood cabin doll house. It was quite spacious and had a personal fire pit outside with a complimentary bag of firewood. The staff was great too. My 4 year old got to go on a treasure hunt organized by the front staff. The groundskeeper was kind and kept us informed re: bear sitings. And, the food! We went to Kumama many times including just for dessert. Highly recommend!"

"Clean room, comfy mattress, AC worked well, nice bathroom and shower, staff were professional and friendly, restaurant served good breakfast, hotel is located in a fantastic location in order to access the heart of Jasper town centre. Parking spaces are limited in the hotel's own car parks however on street parking is free from 9pm to 9am. Would definitely stay here again."

"We never received notice in advance that that heat in our unit couldn’t be shut off and was very hot when we walked in. We went back to the front desk and told them that the room was extremely hot and they said that they were working on it and should be fixed by around 5 or 6 PM which it wasn’t.. The room remained hot when we returned from dinner and we opened up windows and doors thinking it had a cool off. We went to bed with the bedroom cool because the windows were open but had to close them as the temperature was gonna drop into the 30s Fahrenheit that night and noise from the parking lot. Everything got hot again, which woke me up in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep because I was so hot we felt like they were not forthcoming and even deceptive. Not a good experience. The location is good. When we checked out, we told him about the problem and they said they would have to send maintenance into the unit again to try to fix it and the Wi-Fi did not work with our room number and last name as well and they had to give us a different password.."

"The hotel is under renovations, so the place was a bit chaotic, but the staff were very nice and helpful. We were very happy with the room we got, which was very nice, new, and clean. Because our room was in the new wing and the elevator there was not yet working, we had to take the elevator near the lobby to the second floor, roll our luggage into the new wing, and carry it up a flight of stairs to get to our room. It was quite a long trek. We expect that the renovations will soon be finished and these issues can be avoided. There was ample parking when we were there. We would recommend the hotel once the renovation is complete and would stay there again."

"The Whistler Inn has an excellent location right in downtown Jasper, directly across from the train station, which made our train trip to Prince Rupert incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pub downstairs was a great spot for burgers, beers, and sports. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable. The rooftop hot tubs were nice, though the area could use a more inviting, romantic atmosphere to better match the stunning mountain setting shown in the photos. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Jasper with a great location and friendly atmosphere."
