The hotel is clean and quiet. Beds were fine and comfortable. The rooms could use a refresh. We couldn’t get the blackout shade raised after the first day. We turned in a form for repairs at the front desk and he said someone would come fix it in two hours. No one ever came so our room was dark the rest of our trip. Breakfast was wonderful including the staff doing it.

I will definitely stay here again. It's a no frill hotel but very clean and friendly staff. I saw them mopping the stairs and really keeping the place clean for guests. My husband wasn't feeling well on our check in day, so they let us check in a little early. That was super nice and they didn't have to do that. Also, we had an issue with the TV that night, but staff came right away and got it fixed for us. The beds were a little hard and pillows small but overall, I would recommend!!! Thanks!

This is a great no frills hotel in Jackson. The staff is very helpful, the property is clean and well maintained. The amenities are meh and the breakfast is akin to a military chow hall but I continue to book here because there is ample parking and the hotel id a very easy four block walk to downtown Jackson.

Room was decent. Staff were nice. Pool deck was filthy, cig butts and weed roaches all over. Transients and tweakers wandering the halls and parking lot. People smoking in the stairwells constantly, hallways reeked like weed and tobacco. Won’t be back, but the girl at the desk and the breakfast room ladies were nice.
