"The staff at the reception desk were amazing, friendly, and helpful. They helped with luggage and getting a cab when needed. I would like to see the gift shop, restaurant and coffee shop open for longer hours. Coffee and drinks not available till 10 am. The pool would have been a nice touch too but the hours open were only on the weekend. Rooms were okay, a bit outdated and smelled not so fresh."

"This is a good hotel, and the staff is very friendly. This is our first time booking a room with a private onsen, loved it. 10 mins walk from the train & bus stations. Breakfast's good! Wifi's a bit spotty. The hotel seems to have been there for a while, not super new."

"The hotel is located in a peaceful area overlooking the ocean. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious, and kitchen is well equipped. Parking is very easy, would highly recommend for traveling with a car."
