Located in the most popular district of Istanbul's Asian Side, just a few minutes' walk from the central bus stops, sea transport and metro, this uniquely located one bedroom apartment makes exploring the city a pleasure for you. Promising to add a unique comfort to your holiday thanks to all the facilities of a wonderful house, the apartment also offers the privilege of being within walking distance of the most popular places of the district.

The living room, designed for you to have a spacious area with its light-colored walls and large window, has more than the amenities of a comfortable home. While drinking your coffee on the wide sofa, you will be able to watch the series or movie you want from Netflix on the flat-screen plasma TV that you will find right in front of you. In addition, two single armchairs on either side of the television will offer you two different options for relaxation. This living room, with an elegant coffee table and an authentic, eye-catching carpet in the middle, will remind you of your home and its comfort.

It will be very easy for you to prepare the food you want in the kitchenette of this cute apartment, designed in a modern style, thanks to items such as refrigerator and gas cooktop. The 4-person dining table right next to the kitchen will offer you an ideal place to have a nice dinner. With its double bed, wardrobe and single sofa bed, the bedroom is designed for you to relieve the tiredness of the day or to start the day rested. The fully equipped bathroom is also clean and ready for you to use at any time of the day.

You will start to discover one of the most beautiful cities in the world from one of the most beautiful districts of the city, in this wonderful location where you can reach a wonderful sea view and public transportation vehicles such as metro and bus in just a few minutes. Kadıköy is a busy shopping district, with a wide variety of atmospheres and architectural styles. The streets are varied, some being narrow alleyways and others, such as Bahariye Caddesi, being pedestrian zones. Turkey's biggest food market is there, starting next to the Osman Ağa Mosque, and has an immense turnover of fresh foods and other products from all around Turkey, including a wide range of fresh fish and seafood, olive oil soap, and so on.

There are also modern shopping centers, most notably the large Tepe Nautilus Shopping Mall behind the center of Kadıköy, and pavements crowded with street vendors selling socks, unlicensed copies of popular novels, and other products.
